  • Arrange for calls/meeting/email correspondence to obtain relevant historical information to demonstrate compelling reasons for absence
  • Advise in terms of documents and information that you need to collect to demonstrate your compelling reasons for absence
  • Assess and determine if your current ties with Australia are sufficient, and provide advice in relation to forming further ties if this is required
  • Draft comprehensive statutory declaration to explain your reasons for absence and current ties with Australia, and how this is demonstrated by your supporting documents. We will also provide clarifying explanations to address any uncertainties with your supporting documents so that the Department is able to understand the meaning and purpose of your documents
  • Review and organise your supporting documents for later use in your application/s (we will ask you to send/share your documents via email, Google drive, Dropbox etc.)

  1. Review the relationship evidence/documents that you have already uploaded to your application via your Immiaccount (we will ask you to send us your Immiaccount login details), and arrange for a call/meeting to discuss the documents that you have already uploaded
  2. Provide a checklist of further documents/information that you need to collect in response to the Department’s request
  3. Review supporting documents and organise the further documents/information that you collect for uploading, and also confirm if any further documents/information are required
  4. If required, assist with preparing a statutory declaration which will provide clarifying explanations to address any uncertainties with the documents that you are providing in response to the Department’s request
