I migrated to Australia when I was 6 years of age. We were very lucky that we were granted our permanent residency and our right to stay in Australia, as this only occurred because after the Tiananmen Square massacre, the then Prime Minister Bob Hawke allowed Chinese students and their family members to stay in Australia. I am still very grateful for Mr Hawke's genuinely humane and 'gut-reaction' decision.
We migrated to Australia as a refugee family, with no money, poor or no English ability and with essentially just the belongings that we brought with us. I am very grateful for the amazing opportunities that this country has afforded myself and my family.
I am very thankful that I now have the opportunity to assist the next generation of migrants that are looking to move and settle in Australia.

I was born to an Australian and an American immigrant who came over to do his PhD in the late 1970s with $200 in his pocket. He fell in love with Australia (and my mum) and here I am!
We moved around a lot when I was very young, living in New Zealand, USA and both coasts of Australia. My love of travel has only grown with time and I’ve taken any opportunity I can to travel overseas.
Most recently I put my career on hold so that I could travel and teach English in Colombia and Vietnam. Mastering a motorbike ride through Hanoi traffic was by far the highlight of my time away.
I have been given many wonderful opportunities to travel, study, work and live all around the world. I look forward to being able to assist others to do the same in Australia.

Resident return visa
My Resident Visa renewal is due and I had been having a lot of questions in my mind as to the eligibility/ how to proceed etc., I was looking for a for a genuine adviser who puts professional ethics/approach first before the business interest and guides properly.
Honestly, I was not sure if such a firm/person existed. As luck would have it, as I was researching the net and going through some reviews, I stumbled upon one such review on My Access Australia which gave me the feeling and encouragement that this could be the firm I was looking for.
I hesitantly approached but soon realized that the review I saw was 100% genuine. I got in touch with My Access Australia and got exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. (Others could have squeezed money out of me given the vulnerability we all feel in such instances. I indeed experienced one such instance before).
Mr. Peng Cheng is an excellent adviser; full of detailed knowledge and experience. He advised me very professionally and gave me all the information & advice I sought.
I had been to see other migration agencies before i met Peng and my experience with them was all very positive but they where all to quick to jump at the case and wanted money up front which made me suspicious. After doing some of my own research on the internet about the visa I was after it was clear to me that a lot of things the other agencies had told me was not true.
During my search online i came across My Access Australia and Peng answers a lot of questions online people where asking about. I asked a few question by email and he gave me a few facts on the 187 visa.I decided to go and meet Peng when i went to Sydney I made an appointment which was a very reasonable fee and went to meet with him.
Our application went hitch free with a few minor snags which Peng handle no problem and we got our visa and payed his professional fee after receiving the visa very reasonable in comparison to any other I had seen
So thanks to My Access Australia and Mr Peng Cheng I would recommend his service to anybody.
I engaged Peng Cheng's services for my wife's spouse visa. Prior to that, we were not successful when we applied for a initial tourist visa on our own the 1st time as we did not thoroughly understand the entire process especially the incentive to return portion.
On PC's advice & complete guidance, He obtained for us the tourist visa on the 2nd attempt. We would not have been aware of the entire complex process if we had not met PC especially with the partner visa application.
He was constantly with us throughout my wife's partner visa application process which was very daunting if we were to do it on our own, Again, we followed through every advice & guidance from PC from last July 2017 when the application was lodged.
This July 2018 we received the wonderful news that my wife's partner visa application has been approved! Thank You PC for your dedication & sincerity.
We also appreciate your meeting us in Sydney & for spending time with us.
I really feel lucky that I have chosen My access Australia for our Partner visa application which got approved in just 8 weeks of time without any interviews or questions being asked. It was such a surprise news for me and my family as well. As we were not expecting the outcome that much fast.We are very happy and fully satisfied with such a highly professional and outstanding services of Mr. Peng.
I highly recommend My access Australia to everyone without having a second thought about it. Mr. Peng is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He always replied to my silly questions very patiently and always gives a right advise to run things smoothly. Also, I want to add here Mr. Peng is so kind in nature and charge a very reasonable fees for assistance. I strongly advise everyone to not to waste your money with other migration lawyers. If you want the clarity and true standard services of professionalism, then My Access Australia is for you.

Peng Cheng and my Access Australia are exceptional. The visa process was so complex more than I though or imagined, especially I and my husband had trouble with police check and health check. It was so very much stressful, even I started to be crazy.
I started looking at so many agencies and they gave me incorrect information and wanted too much money. After reading many answers from Peng Cheng on his company's website, I decided to send him email about our situation. He came back to me so quickly. He is very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, useful, kind and caring. Finally, we both got 186 visas and now have permanent residency.
Thank you so much again for your help, Peng. You are an expert in your field.

Started looking for Migration Agent late 2017 to assist with 186 ENS Visa Lodgement. Spoken to several agents and they were quite disappointing, no sense of customer service and not quite clear on how to get the documentation in detail, especially the training benchmarks section.
Peng Cheng is the only one that have exceptional customer service, offer to meet me close to my work place and discuss all the requirements in detail (face to face). He assist us through both nomination and application process patiently and with high level of expertise. This surely give huge comfort before we lodge the application.
And as a result, got my Permanent Residency Approved within 8 months, without any question asked.
Thank you so much Peng! It has been an absolute pleasure working with you and I am so glad I found you via your website almost 4 years ago. Your have been so professional and courteous and everything you said worked out almost exactly as you said it would and within the timelines you said it would take. Peng got my family and I a 457 visa and then after 2 years we applied for PR, which we received a week ago. What an amazing feeling!
He responds to every email so quickly and tells you exactly what is required and by when, and helps you every step of the way. His rates are the best I could find anywhere when I was looking at numerous immigration specialist companies 4 years ago
I came to search for Legal advice with a complicated application for visa 187. Peng has been very straight forward, detail focused and well-oriented advisor to my case.
After all the struggles and difficulties in my RCB applications, we managed to get the Nomination and visa Granted from the department without RCB approvel (which I got refused 3 times).
I couldn't be happier and glad that I did terminate my former migration agent and looked for a more effective and professional immigration lawyer. Thank you for your great service.
Professional, empathetic, and affordable. We first approached My Access Australia via their contact from on their website as we were at the time with numerous other MARA agents, however the response from Peng Cheng was not only speedy but significantly more detailed and forthright.
Our case was less straightforward than most and entailed the adding of a partner to a pending general skilled migration visa. However Peng Cheng was very precise and patient in advising what we would need to do, and assisting us to do so.
